Delivery

We deliver to the following regions:
  • Canada and USA
  • If you do not see your area, please contact us to check delivery possibilities.
2. Delivery Fees
  • Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.
  • Canada: 7$, USA and internationnal: 14$ 
  • For orders over 150$, shipping is free!
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location. In general, you can expect to receive your order within:
  • 5-7 business days for local deliveries.
  • 10-12 business days for national deliveries.
Please note that these times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
 
4. Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. This allows you to track your order in real-time on the carrier's website.
 

 
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, here is our return policy:
 
1. Right to Return
You have the right to return any unused, unwashed product in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order.
 
2. Return Conditions
For your return to be accepted:
  • Items must be in their original condition.
  • Original packaging must be intact.
  • The receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our customer service at info@imajunik.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Pack the items in their original packaging.
  3. Ship the items to the following address:

4. Return Shipping Fees
  • The cost of shipping for returning products is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within [X] business days.
